POLICY

Phira Phierce is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or packages once your items have delivered. 

Phira Phierce will not provide a refund unless wrong item was sent. Please contact us immediately if this has happened.

If you have not received your package after you receive your shipping information or any further updates, please contact the carrier in which your package was sent. We are not responsible for packages once the carrier has received it. To ensure you receive your package keep an eye out for your tracking information, and also be available to receive your package on the set date. 

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible on our contact page, you have 24 hour to cancel your order once you receive confirmation that your order has been placed. Cancelled order cannot be honored after 24 hours have passed.  If you have already received a tracking number in your email unfortunately we are not able to cancel your order.

Please keep in mind all sales are final due to sanitary purposes.

Shipping takes 7-10 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND IT HAS SAID SHIPPED?

Due to COVID-19 please allow 2-7 business days for processing and be mindful of UPSP shipping after package has been scanned in.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

Here at Phira Phierce we take pride of giving all of our customers the best quality of products and our service, once we have shipped your item with USPS we are no longer responsible for your items, that includes lost, stolen, or damaged items. Unfortunately if this has happened to you please contact your carrier with your tracking information.
