BOOKING GUIDLINES

Please read everything and its entirety before reaching out to book your appointment.

**All new clients require a consultation! If we do the consultation at the time of your appointment the fee will be added to your bill at the end. 

**Your picture will be taken; you may request stylist or makeup artist to not include your face for hair photos. Pictures of makeup will be taken.

**If you’re not sure of something and have several questions, book a consultation. Consultations are $25.

*if you don’t see a style on our page similar to what you have in mind for your next transformation just simply ask, describe what you want, and picture always help!

**All color services require a patch test *no exceptions*

** All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and it DOES NOT go towards your service. It is simply to hold your appointment. (Retainer fee- secures your appointment ensuring that we will both be at your appointment ready to help you reach your beauty & grooming goals.) NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT. 

 

** CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES: Each customer is allowed up to one reschedule, any additional outside of the one allotted will result in another booking/retainer fee to be made which will forfeit your previous one, failure to do so will prohibit you from booking again. We understand things happen. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment. The earlier the better. Please respect our time as we will respect yours. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to do so will result in partial or full payment of your service booked, failure to do so will prohibit you from booking again. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

**Remaining balance must be paid in cash or via credit/debit (no exceptions). 

Booking for Hair & Makeup: ($20 Booking/Retainer fee is Required when booking, via Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, or we can send an invoice) This fee DOES NOT go toward your balance. This is just a booking fee to hold your appointment.

LATENESS: You have a 20 minute grace period. After 20 the min grace period your appointment has to be rescheduled/cancelled and new deposit must be made. If your are running late or if stylist is running late please be mindful and send a text or call. Remember communication is key. Be mindful of others that booked their appointment and is on time. We cannot accommodate you outside of this grace period. 

SICKNESS: If you are feeling unwell, running a fever, coughing sweating, chills, etc. be mindful of your stylist as they have other members and family to attend to and reschedule your appointment. This keeps everyone safe and well.
